The Grievance Redressal Cell of Jonai Girls’ College attempts to get to the bottom of genuine problems and complaints of the students. Students are also encouraged to come up with various innovative suggestions which could gratify in developing the institution. Students can come up with their problems, complaints, and/or suggestions either by direct contact or dropping their written complain at the Grievance Redressal Box or by telephonic call or through e-mail addressed to the Convener/Co-convener or any of the Members of the Grievance Redressal Committee as may be felt comfortable. The Committee assures the students of looking into all the matters seriously.
